Dear Mom,
The reason people are so skinny here is they do not sell blue bell.
There is no HEB that sells fresh roasted salsa. When you ask about a "good Mexican food" place you are returned with blank faces and the sound of cricketts.
Produce here is not wonderful. I am hoping spring and summer bring better results.
Places I would like to eat on my visit back to the great state are La Mission, Romies and possibly Casa Madrid if we have time and room in our bellies!
